Marine Painters & Detailer/Polishers

Total Yacht Care is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Marine Painters and Detailer/Polishers to join our growing team. Based in the stunning Bay of Islands, we work on a wide variety of vessels – from trailer boats to luxury yachts – providing high-quality painting, polishing, and maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and paint vessel hulls and topsides to a high standard

• Perform polishing and detailing to maintain and restore finishes

• Work on a wide range of boats in the marina and boatyard

• Follow safe work practices and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marine painting, polishing, or detailing (preferred)

• A high attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A strong work ethic and reliability
